Ok as I said I’m gonna talk about my own experiences on this app. This app normalizes hate way too much. I came on this app about 1,5 years ago (god time flies) and I loved it everybody was so nice to me and everyone was cool and I had so many friends that were also posting memes. That these memes were often targeting marginalized groups and talked about killing furries I of course didn’t notice. Also it just normalizes being like:”yeah non binary people don’t exist” which is actually what I thought for a while because it was common on this app. And I’m not saying anyone who was involved was at fault. As I said I did it too because it was normal. They prob also got kind of pushed into it without realizing. That’s what’s been my whole point in this whole thing. It’s not one person at fault it’s a systemic issue on this app

To my last posts I have received some criticism. Even from @abelreal who I consider(ed or not Idk) to be my friend. He was through and through hypocritical by saying Frogking was going to far with memes but at the same time saying him doing offensive memes was going too far. Guess he didn’t think about the fact that everyone has a different kind of morality line that should not be crossed. And guess he didn’t think about the fact that instead of cherry picking for ourselves we could all be working together to fix this issue so that (ideally) no one has a problem. But now let’s talk about something else where I a really fucked up and where I want to apologize. The post I reposted from Frogking did include things like “fuck 12,rebel against the government,shoot your local Nazi” which are messages I do not support but still reposted. That’s a mistake on my behalf. Still I approve of the general message the post has. Nazis are bad,the government is evil and cops are corrupt (depending on where you live). It also included the narrative of this app being full of bigotry which is entirely true. And pro lgbt+ rights things which are GOOD and not talked about enough. Now this caption is already way too long so I’ll do a follow up on other experiences I’ve had tommorow

This app used to be a place where I was comfortable and 8z used to tell me how shit it was and I was like “no it’s so good” not anymore this app is a piece of shit for literal political faschists and just hateful people in general trying to ruin others lives. And either you move with it or you get out. For a long time I was moving with it but when I actually got out, became a more mature person and then look back on this I finally see how disgusting majority of this app is. If you’re just here to share memes and spend time with the community I wish you the best and I hope you don’t get mixed up in political drama and hateful pieces of shit trying to take you down. If you’re anything else then fuck you and get off here. I wish everyone that sees this a happy beautiful life. Ciao. Btw arguing in the comments is allowed because you’re either proving me right or you actually got a good point. I will delete no comments if your comment is deleted it was the app not me
